Please note: Season Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be resold. Season passes are to be used by the issued pass holder only.

Lost Pass Policy

It is the responsibility of the pass-holder to secure the pass to him or herself. If you lose your pass, report it to the ticket counter immediately and you will be issued a day lift ticket*. Pass holders are allowed TWO day tickets after which time he or she must purchase a re-issued pass for $25. Pass holders also have the option of immediately purchasing the re-issued pass.

*A driver's license or ID is required for a complimentary day pass to be issued. The pass is for the pass holder only. The ID will be returned after WE remove the day pass at the end of your session. Failure to return with the day pass or if any other person is caught using the pass, all of the following will be the result:
